在全民创业热潮下，位于北京市海淀区中关村核心区域的创业大街似乎已经很难平静下来了，除了，停电。
11月3日，北京已经凉意渐浓，室外着实寒冷，午后难得的阳光和雾霾混杂着，笼罩在城市上空。中关村创业大街迎来了可能是自挂牌以来最为空旷的一天。
两天前，入驻创业大街的各类机构、创业公司、咖啡馆纷纷接到通知，因为中关村创业大街属地供电部门要在11月3日全天对所属地区的电网进行检修，整条街从早6点到晚10点之间将停电。
显然，对创业大街来说，停电一天并不会带来什么巨大影响。但寂寥的街道、空旷的咖啡馆还是让路过这里的人有些不适。
要知道，在往常这里可是汇集了慕名而来、并且怀揣着“千亿美元市值”梦想的创业者，他们在这里享用免费场地、电源和WIFI，或是与媒体、投资人谈论项目和行业，或是对着电脑完成工作；车库咖啡、天使汇、黑马会等场地每天都扮演着创业路演的舞台，场地里通常会挤满观众和前来学习经验的创业者；不少创业公司还把这里当作地推的重要地区，这让创业大街和云集了众多创业公司的望京SOHO一样得到了“扫码一条街”的称号。
以上种种让创业大街附近的租金变得越来越贵，离开万科后创建优客工场的毛大庆甚至表示一些地产商都在犹豫要不要拿下附近的写字楼。
李竞择在创业公司小牛电动负责公关，这是一家由前华为高管和投资人李一男创办的电动车公司，他曾在创业平台36氪工作，这样冷清的场景也是第一次见到。于是，他和几个媒体朋友选择了拍照留念发在了微信朋友圈里。
让所有人都停下的一天，实在是太难得了。
寂寥的一天
这条平日人声鼎沸的大街上，天使汇、飞马旅、创投圈、联想之星等机构和公司大门紧闭，3W咖啡、Binggo咖啡、车库咖啡的玻璃门上也贴上了暂停营业的通知，路上几位附近上班的白领和创业者正在寻找能够上网的地方。
这条大街的“另类”——前不久因为被媒体报道而倍受关注的家谱店还在照常营业。该店出版部专员王先生告诉腾讯科技，原本和中央电视台的记者约好今天前来拍摄，但由于停电的原因，不得不延后了。
同样临时改变计划的还有职场社交软件脉脉。它的媒体发布会原本定于昨天在中关村创业大街昊海楼的虫洞创业之家举办，但就在前天下午，脉脉负责筹办发布会的工作人员突然接到停电通知，他们不得不临时改变场地。该负责人对腾讯科技表示，“太突然了”。
坐落在创业大街西侧的言几又是一家集合了书店、咖啡馆、餐厅、艺术廊、生活空间五个业态的空间。一层的书店里仅有寥寥数人借着自然光翻看着图书，旁边的咖啡馆里只有一个顾客在翻看着刚刚买来的书，二层的生活空间有时会举办一些小型沙龙或活动，但停电后却空无一人。
在创业大街的北头，一排白色集装箱建筑格外引人注目，这里是创业会客厅，一个整合了政务、科技金融与专业服务的一站式创业服务平台。一位正在闲聊的工作人员告诉腾讯科技，往常前来各个窗口办理业务、咨询的创业者可以说是络绎不绝，仅拿多证联办窗口来说，短短30分钟内至少有6拨人前来咨询工商注册事宜。
创业大街中间的“INNO BOX”则通常是一些公司宣传的场所，某公司的几名工作人员正在此做推广工作。该工作人员对腾讯科技表示，公司租用了三天，却偏偏赶上今天停电，整个上午也没有多少人来咨询。
一天之后
当停电结束，创业大街以往的人声鼎沸会依然照旧。
至今，创业大街自挂牌已有一年多的时间，在席卷全国的创投热潮下，创业大街声名远扬，200米长的创业大街迎来了大批寻梦者。自今年5月李克强总理走访之后，这条街的知名度迅速攀升。
自此，“政府支持力度加大”成为让创业者们感到兴奋的共识，但另一方面，对于行业泡沫的担忧也在一些投资人和创业者心中蔓延。
尤其是今年下半年，创业公司倒闭的声音不绝于耳。梳理这些淹没在死亡潮的创业项目，不难发现，餐饮外卖、出行、汽车、美业、旅游、教育已经成为重灾区。
据腾讯科技此前的不完全统计，近年来关闭的餐饮外卖项目多达20余个，如雷军旗下顺为资本投资的烧饭饭，叫个外卖、呆鹅早餐等；近十个社区O2O项目宣布倒闭，曾经备受关注的社区001、叮咚小区面临裁员、资金链断裂危机；汽车、出行领域死掉的创业项目近20个，如提供拼车服务的考拉班车、提供P2P租车服务的Cocar、提供上门洗车服务的e洗车和车8洗车等。
可以说，当下的资本寒冬打乱了原来那种企业烧钱链条。甚至有投资人表示，若资本寒冬持续一年，很多大幅烧钱的互联网企业可能会难以为继。
有分析人士指出，很多创业公司将会在2016年面临生死考，唯有那些真正优秀的创业公司能够挺过这轮寒冬。
